Book 73 Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, Book 3)
927 books to go!
Finally breezed through the last book in the hunger games trilogy. This book actually upset me, a lot of things happened to bring this trilogy to a conclusion, there was a massive amount of death and devastation, more in this book than the first two books combined and the conclusion left me questioning why certain events happened. I felt like one event was unnecessary, especially because of what happened in the first book. I also felt like Katniss was torn apart and left unhappy forever even though her life did turn around in the end.
I really don't want to delve into much detail in case anyone really wants to read this trilogy, the first two books were highly enjoyable, the last book holds a lot of sadness and war, enough to possibly give you nightmares, I had one from reading this but I also read it and went to sleep right after which could have caused the nightmare for me.
