So I have been reading, just haven't been keeping up with the reviewing and posting for this blog, I have some scrap pieces of paper and tasks on my phone just waiting to be crossed off and deleted after I post some of what I read recently.

This is the second book of many in the Lincoln Rhyme series. Lincoln & Amelia are partnered up again with their cast of supporting detectives and police officers. This time they are on the hunt for the elusive coffin dancer.

This book had me turning the pages whenever I could get a chance and it also had me on the edge of my train seat for a couple scenes. IMO this is better then the the debut in this series the bone collector.

Weegee is a photographer that has sparked my interest. He wrote two books this one and Naked City. Mainly this book features a short introduction by Weegee along with many portraits. Some of his infrared shots makes his subjects look like demons, I've concluded from this book that he was minorly obsessed with shoes or feet. Weegee's writing is terrible but his photography is pretty damn interesting.

I love Lewis Black's cynical, semi-angry humor. In this book he takes you on a written comedic tour of almost every religion possible. It's pretty hysterical, if you like humor it's worth reading. I wouldn't read this if you are a very religious person you probably would not like it.
